We had a wonderful time at the pool, enjoying activities for all ages. The kids engaged in team games, and it was refreshing to relax while our small dog enjoyed the scenery. The staff were attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, more children's facilities would be great.

The room we stayed in was uncomfortably cramped for three adults, forcing us to open our suitcases on the bed. Additionally, the refrigerator was inoperable, and the toilet malfunctioned, causing inconvenience during the night. When I reported the issue to the front desk, they could only assist after hours, which left us unable to use the restroom for too long. Overall, these issues made our stay quite frustrating.

Location-wise, it's a bit too far from the city center, which means relying on taxis or public transport for any local eats or attractions, and nearby amenities are practically non-existent. The key system felt outdated and tended to reset, leading to some minor frustrations that could've been avoided. Additionally, the soundproofing in the rooms doesn't block out noises from the hallway or neighboring rooms, so it’s hard to ignore disturbances at night.

The garden was lovely, perfect for relaxing by the pool on hot days, and the local transport was super convenient to explore the area.

The spacious Junior Dream Elite Room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with an effective air conditioning system that handled the 38°C outside temperature seamlessly. The breakfast was impressive, offering a robust selection catering to various tastes, which helped kickstart my busy days. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly, assisting with all my requests and guiding me to great local restaurants.

Although the location is convenient, the hotel can feel slightly disconnected from the local vibe.

stayed at silken al-andalus palace for 10 nights and enjoyed our time. the hotel is beautiful and located just outside the main center, which made it peaceful. the breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection, catering to all tastes, even for allergies. the pool area was lovely, and the staff there were super friendly. plus, we loved the gym and wellness center!

Really enjoyed our time here. The staff was super friendly and spoke great English. We were in a spacious club room and loved the executive lounge – free snacks and coffee were a nice bonus! Breakfast had a great variety too. Just found the bed a bit too hard for our taste. Good experience overall.
